Join us for our October UU Mass Action Justice Church: Heritage. In this Justice Church, we will explore how our heritage informs our social justice work. Who are our personal and community ancestors that we can draw strength from? Who are our personal and communal ancestors that have caused harm, and how do we navigate that? What heritage from our UU history informs our relationships to each other and to social justice movements? This justice church will explore themes of heritage connected to healing, accountability and justice.
Justice Church is a monthly virtual service for UUs who care about justice from across our network, to come together in community to reground spiritually, connect, and build power together. We will include a sermon, break-outs groups (coffee hour), announcements, centering rituals, and more. This is one of the best ways to connect to our campaigns, meet other leaders in your area, and find spiritual nourishment together as we live out our values and work towards liberation.
